Lead international sales efforts, including market analysis, identifying potential markets, and implementing strategies to penetrate global markets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create innovative marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and materials that effectively highlight product features and benefits.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, market demands, and competitor activities to enhance product positioning.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and progress updates to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in B. Pharma, Marketing, or related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Proven track record in pharmaceutical sales, particularly in B2B sales, channel sales, and international sales.
Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
Experience in lead generation and market research.
Customer service skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
