Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand market share for pharmaceutical manufacturing products.
  • Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers in the pharmaceutical industry, fostering strong B2B relationships.
  • Drive channel sales strategies, including identifying and managing distributor relationships to ensure effective product distribution.
  • Lead international sales efforts, including market analysis, identifying potential markets, and implementing strategies to penetrate global markets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create innovative marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and materials that effectively highlight product features and benefits.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, market demands, and competitor activities to enhance product positioning.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and progress updates to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in B. Pharma, Marketing, or related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record in pharmaceutical sales, particularly in B2B sales, channel sales, and international sales.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in lead generation and market research.
  • Customer service skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
